Location was great, size and amenities very comfortable except for a few shortcomings. Very efficient and responsive staff.

Some items may need a little improvement, such as more medium to large sized pots and pans, kitchen scissors, can openers, pasta bowls, small vacuum or hand vac to clean up dust and hair on the floor and carpets.

Location is good.

One might be tempted to turn away at the entrance. It is nondescript and location for key safe next to trash bin’s off putting. The carpeting needs replacement, and general public areas a revamp. Walls were peeling from damp and generally, everything leading to apartment is unkempt. Despite short notice (owing to lat-minute cancellation of another FILTHY Booking.com listing) cleaner eventually let us in. Instructions to enter could have been simpler and listed first on the email confirmation (you have to scroll through instructions) and phone call to property agemt failed to answer basic info on how to enter building. The apartment was clean enough, one of two double beds very uncomfortable, agree with other reviewers about sterile and uncomfortable furniture. With no other options, it was a far cry from accommodation up the road where we first stayed (unavailable to extend), would not go back by choice.

Location exceptional.

Entrance Foyer to building dirty. Worn out. Toilet in main bedroom did not flush entire trip. Kitchen old & not clean.
