Good Location - Average Value

The hotel is excellently situated close to the airport. The rooms are relatively spacious. The real gems are the staff - they are delightfully helpful and chatty.

The beds were far too soft - uncomfortably so. Guests are only given one pillow, and there are no spare ones in any wardrobe. Also, the pillows are long and thin (thus extremely impractical). The food availability in the hotel itself is sparse (there's a vending machine and some free doughnuts, coffee and wine, but that's it). The breakfast options aren't that great either.

Great stay at comfortable hotel

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very convenient for getting to the airport. You can reach the airport either by metro or Uber, though Uber can sometimes take a while, so best to allow extra time if you choose that option.

Modern, comfortable hotel close to the airport

The hotel is well located, only 15 minutes in metro from the airport. It has a 24h reception service, which is super helpful when arriving late or leaving early. The rooms are spacious, with modern equipment, the beds are super comfortable and spacious as well. Everything was clean, and there even was free water in the room, which you do not find in many hotels anymore. The staff at the reception was very friendly, and explained everything in detail.

Over night stay as we awaited next flight

Didn't have breakfast but our late arrival provided self serve wine, cakes and nuts. Lovely as we hadn't had dinner.

A Hidden Gem.

We used this hotel as a last stop before flying home as our flights were leaving early.. The reception was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast excellent. If the need arises, we'll use this hotel again.

Would have liked a fridge in the bedroom. Air conditioning made a rattling noise that kept my partner awake - but I slept like a baby! :D Would be nice to have a proper double bed rather than 2 singles next to each other

Close to the airport, but there’s nothing else nearby

It was the best price within a reasonable distance of the airport. The complimentary snacks and drinks at reception were a nice touch.

Ground floor room with no net curtains, so we had to block out all natural light when exiting the shower, dressing etc. There is nothing (nothing) to eat nearby on a Sunday night so we ended up heading into the city which negated the benefits of staying close to the airport.

EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE !!!

The hotel, service and premises were absolutely outstanding, and much more than could ever be expected by a airport hotel. Service worldclass. I made a mistake (booked the wrong dates) when booking, and even though is was a non-flexible booking - and I only found out at the day after, the staff changed the booking to the right dates at no extra cost.

Breakfast was basic and not included (which was OK) - location was chosen because it was close to the Metro. Excellent since we had early return from the airport. The hotel must have opened recently. OK with available coffee etc at the reception (complementary).

The extra tourist-tax was not included in the price given by the hotel - we went to France for three nights and returned and had to pay the tax also for the second stay.

I loved it!

I ended up at this hotel unexpectedly after my flight was canceled and I had to spend an extra night in Barcelona near the airport. To my surprise, it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel is very close to the airport, brand new, with modern decor, friendly and professional staff, and free coffee and pastries available all day, amazing! The room was spotless, modern, and everything worked perfectly (lights, TV, Wi-Fi, everything). If you need to stay near the airport or simply want a well-priced, quality hotel, this is the place. You can easily reach the city center by public transport. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a great stay!

It did the job but wouldn't stay there again. In an industrial area miles from the centre.

Not a lot! However, they did offer free snacks, coffee and wine in the reception area.

The location is in an industrial suburb of the city with no facilities or proper restaurants. It was difficult to get something to eat on a Monday but I doubt any other days were much better. The receptionist make us a couple of boiled eggs and bread, so, with the free snacks, we ate. The room was OK, although the bed was a bit hard and it was a bit dark. We were given incorrect directions about how to find it but in the end we back tracked to the metro station and the receptionist came to meet us. In fact it was only a few minutes away. There were no taxis in the area at all. Miles from the centre of the city.
