The rooms was excellent. The lady at the front desk who spoke some english was the only one really caring about our wellbeing.
Everything outside of the room, especially the pool area, is run down. Little maintained. I don't know maybe it is because it is low season, but most of the staff is also running on low motivation mode.
The biggest disappointment was the pool area. You couldn't see the floor of the pool because of the unclean water. The pool was the main reason we booked this place, to get away from the heat.

Tina. She was the most cutest, bubbly and very happy to help with everything. Spoke very good English and would go out of her way to make sure you had everything and was happy and comfortable. Thank you Tina

The Pool area was amazing but if you where out there at dusk you got eaten alive but mozzies
There was nothing open there was a roof top bar it was closed the restaurant looked open but not sure if it served food and could not get a drink
