La atención de todos es excelente, muy atentos a los detalles y amables. La limpieza del lugar es buena y puedes descansar en la habitación tranquilo, no se escucha ruidos de afuera. La dueña también nos ayudó a organizar el tour del ha giang loop con easy rider, fue muy bueno, los lugares, las comidas, los paisajes, varios caminos alejados de las vías principales, lo que permitió ver más de cerca las comunidades indígenas de la región. Los conductores eran agradables y muy buenos manejando.

Staff was super friendly and nice to us. We arrived very late, but they were kind and very helpful. They cooked breakfast for us in the morning and they were super friendly. Well located and very cheap!
Not the most comfy beds, but it was okay for a couple hours. It is worth it for the price.
