Struttura ampia, ben accessoriata e dotata di tutto il necessario, sia in cucina che in bagno. Posizione buona. La proprietaria si è resa disponibile nel consentire di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check-out. Tuttavia, è risultata piuttosto insistente con diverse chiamate già dalla mattina presto (prima delle ore 10.00 previste per un check out ordinario) del giorno di partenza per sapere se avessi bisogno del servizio bagagli.
L’appartamento si trova nello stesso stabile in cui vive la proprietaria ed è situato al terzo piano senza ascensore. All’interno era presente una stufa a pellet; il pellet, conservato in un contenitore aperto, emanava un odore particolarmente forte. Lenzuola non erano particolarmente nuove. Rapporto qualità/prezzo un po’ sbilanciato, leggermente caro rispetto a quanto offerto.
