Kira Guest House is a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, by far the best we had during our time in Cape Verde. Kira is an exceptional cook, and her cuisine is truly something special. Her cooking is fresh, creative, and a modern fusion interpretation of Creole African cuisine, combining tradition with new ideas and flavors. Don’t hesitate to ask if she can prepare lunch or dinner for you. Her food will easily surpass many restaurants. It is prepared with great care, authenticity, and a wonderful personal touch. The location is also outstanding. The guest house has a breathtaking panoramic view over the bay. Although the house is located near the main road, the rooms are facing the ocean, so the only sounds you hear are the waves and the sea. It is a truly peaceful atmosphere. The way down to the beach is a beautiful short walk down the cliffs and takes only about four minutes. Thank you, Kira, for your warm hospitality, the amazing food, and this unforgettable place!
