Any review would fall short of truly describing my experience at the Conforto apartment. It’s a gem located in the best neighborhood in Praia. The apartment is modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The room is incredible (spotless) and the mattress is unbeatable. She is an amazing host. I felt at home from the very first moment and we got along wonderfully. We shared many moments together at home, but also around the neighborhood, and we even went to some concerts together. I learned a lot about Cape Verdean culture and, together with other guests, we shared wonderful evenings and incredible breakfasts. During my stay I had quite a few logistical challenges since I’m traveling around the islands with a bicycle. She helped me with everything I needed. She knows very well where to find materials for packing, has a reliable taxi service you can count on, even for transporting very large items, and is always attentive to anything you might need. I only have good things to say about my experience, and if you’re considering booking at Conforto, I would recommend doing it without hesitation. Alice is incredible.
