Med Two luxury apartment with sea view

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. There were all you need for short or long stay. Great terrace and nice view.

The main bathrooms sliding door (from the bedroom) were broken and it was difficult to use the bathroom.

The apartment itself is beautiful overall, and the response time during our stay was generally good — for example, the baby cot was replaced quickly when needed. Furthermore awesome Location

However, we were disappointed by how the cockroach issue was handled. We were travelling with a child and found a live cockroach on the floor in the master bathroom. While we understand that insects can occur in southern Spain, this is still not something we would expect in a property advertised as luxury and priced accordingly. What disappointed us most was the handling afterwards. When we raised the issue locally, we were told that this should not happen and that an appropriate compensation would be arranged. After our departure, however, we were offered EUR 50 as a maximum and described as a symbolic gesture. Given that the total stay cost EUR 1,600, this did not feel adequate for the discomfort caused. Overall, the apartment is nice, but in our view the issue and especially the follow-up did not match the standard we would expect from a luxury property.
