Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive general dirt on the property.
A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).
Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is that you enjoy a pleasant stay. For this reason, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it to you in optimal conditions. However, the guest accepts the following:
We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.
Community Works: We are not responsible for any possible acoustic or visual disturbance caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that are carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).
External Works and Third Parties: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our control, we have no authority over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. Towels, beds & linen are great, the kitchen had what you need. Good floor plan with a nice living area.
The terrace is big enough for lounging, eating etc. It has great views over the ocean and over Fuengirola (Nice at evenings).
There are 3 pool areas inside the gates, this makes it pretty private at the pool next to the apartment. A positive thing is that there are sunbeds around the pool.
The location is the only thing where you wanted something more. It is uphill and every walk will give you a pretty steep way to or back. No close by supermarkets or restaurants (Without these sweaty walks).
The beach down at Carvajal are really good, you find the Higueron Beach Club, La Cubana and a bunch more when you need lunch or drinks.
Finally, we had an amazing stay in this well kept and fantastic apartment. Really recommend it.

We were met at property but the company representative did not know which building the property was located. The apartment was very clean and the cleaners were there on our arrival. The apartment is set on a very steep hill so a car or taxi is required. We enjoyed our stay and the outdoor space / balcony is lovely.
