The location and the area is really nice. The apartment is tiny but charming and has everything you need and a nice courtyard. And it was very nice to be welcomed to the apartment by an agent who introduced how to enter the apartment.
The material about how to enter the apartment before arrival was not up to date, so maybe you should update the material or not send it. The wifi code was also not correct in the material, but was written on the router.

I liked the area the apartment was in, it had the basics. Heaters worked.
Very small, bit too small for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Was a few little things not happy about like no microwave no hand wash in bathroom no tea towel to dry dishes and heated towel rack wasn’t working tried to contact the person who let us in he never got back to me even though he said msg him anytime.

Localisation idéale. Equipement complet et fidèle à la description.
On s'y sent en sécurité mais l'état de la porte d'entrée est un peu inquiétant. Immeuble Haussmannien donc on entend bien les voisins du dessus quand ils tirent de l'eau.
