The apartment is conveniently located and very tidy, It's organized well, but being on the ground floor near the garage area, which has some bikes and trash, makes it a bit less appealing, The space is cozy, but it might be a tight fit for two average-sized individuals,

The location is very good. Close to shops, restaurants and main attractions like Arc de Triomf and Eiffel tower. The communication how to enter the appartment is unclear. The descriprion said: Enter the code GN that did not work, but for the second door you need to push the keyholder on scanning device of the door. That was not clear to us and we had been standing a while for a closed door. Also there was a slight smell from the sewer that we reported to the contact person. But the appartment is nice, good for 2 people to take a rest after a bussy day. If both points are addressed, I would recommend the place.
