Good bathroom--lots of hot water, good shower, good hairdryer. Good kitchen facilities and supplies. Very clean. Good location, close to shops, and to the old city.
Towels very rough, bed very hard, occupant of first floor cigarette smoke came right in the window. Bathroom water glass was badly cracked and unusable. The stairs are terrible, a real hazard. This should be said in your description.
