Quiet Disney Condo w/ Balcony ~ 2 Miles to Disney World!

The pool is great, always clean, and it’s huge. This was a highlight. I liked the furniture in the condo and the bed was comfortable. The lighting was a vibe too, made me want to get warmer lights in my lamps at home. Walmart next door, grocery delivery was a breeze. It was an interesting setup with two sets of stairs leading up to the main living areas. This was a unique feature that I enjoyed.

My bedroom was missing a blind initially, but the owner was prompt to fix. Some of the condo can use a maintenance visit from the owner, small issues with fridge shelf, that fell and shattered glass, living room blinds . The temp is able to be controlled by the owner which, I did not like but he apologized for adjusting. The main issue was spiders in my daughter’s room. We were told pest control is regular but that didn’t solve the issue. My daughter slept in my room and her brother’s room. Host did accommodate by issuing a partial refund for the room’s lack of use. Overall it’s a good stay. Tony is a nice host and the proximity to Disney is nice if you are going to enjoy the park.

Firstly Tara & Tony were very clear with their instructions. No problem with the codes to both enter the gated community and the apartment itself. The apartment is very much as advertised and we wanted for nothing. Plus its proximity to the pool/jacuzzi is superb. We spent quite a lot of time either at the beginning of the day or later on in the day, total relaxation. Another important factor was Walmart is right next to the community for all your needs. Proximity to all the wonderful dreams that Disney has to offer, quick to get there and back again after a long day. Tara & Tony thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Was very clean on arrival.Tony and Tara were great hosts.We had an issue with entry system which was our fault and nor the fault of the machine.Contacted Tony who was very pleasant and politely pointed out what we were doing wrong.Internet went down one day that really was not a concern for me but again an email was received from Tony just to apologise and that Spectrum were on with fixing. Lovely quiet location.Pool area clean and quiet.Easy walk to Walmart.The whope complex felt very safe.If you want somewhere to stay that includes all you need then this is the place.Thankyou Tony and Tara.
