About this apartment rental
Welcome to our Florida vacation condo. We love spending time here at Oakwater; such a short drive to Disney and not far from everything else Orlando has to offer.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo can sleep up to 6 and is one of the closest in Oakwater Resort to the fabulous pool and clubhouse. No need to worry about dragging luggage upstairs as this is a ground floor home. The main living areas have ceramic tile on the floor and the three bedrooms have luxury vinyl plank flooring that was installed in 2023. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom. There are 4 flat panel TV’s, including a 65 inch Smart TV with over 100 channels and high definition signal in the living room and 42 inch in the master bedroom.
Don’t forget to take your laptop/tablet along as there is free wireless internet.
This ground floor unit has ramp access to the door. The condo is a 1 minute walk from the fantastic recreation area which has a pool and hot tub along with a kids playground and small kids water play area. You can enjoy the tennis/pickle ball courts or the fitness room located inside the clubhouse.
This resort is one of the closest to Walt Disney World. It is also close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and other recreational activities.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PETS ARE PERMITTED, HOWEVER, ANY STAY OF A PET REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $100 AS EACH TIME A PET STAYS AS EXTRA CLEANING IF PERFORMED FOR OUR FUTURE GUESTS. AS PER THE HOA RULES, THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS APPLY:
Under no circumstances will any dog whose breed is noted for its viciousness or ill-temper, in particular, the "Pit Bull" (as hereinafter defined), Rottweiler, Mastiff, German Shepherds, Huskies, Great Danes, Presa Canario, or any crossbreeds of such breeds, be permitted on any portion of the Condominium Property.

Pet friendly and close to Disney! This is the only place we want to stay at when coming to Florida. We love the resort and the proximity to everywhere we want to go. The condo is always well appointed and immaculate upon arrival and communication with Maury is always timely. A perfect place to stay!

Was exactly as listed and owner very easy to contact and always helpful. Having visited from Scotland around 6 times, I'd say by far that this condo was most accurate to listing details, very comfortable and cant say there are many you would find closer to Disney parks. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The property was exactly as expected and described yet again. 10 minutes from the Disney Parks with every restaurant and shopping center just around the corner on Irlo Bronson is a hard location to beat!
