Welcome to our brand new Sunny Villa, located in a great community in Kissimmee. This stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom townhome was built in 2024 and is fully furnished, offering the perfect base for your family vacation in Orlando. It is located only 10 minutes from Disney and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The home is spread across two levels and designed with families in mind. Two master bedrooms feature king size beds with private ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. A third bedroom is located on the ground level, features a king size bed, and shares a well-appointed full bathroom with the common area. The fourth bedroom is set up with 2 twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom, perfect for kids or siblings. And the star of the show: our incredible SpongeBob-themed bedroom, featuring 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a private ensuite bathroom — an absolute dream for the little ones!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, dishwasher, disposal, dryer, and all the essentials you need to prepare family meals. The open living area on the first floor is bright and spacious, with ceramic tile flooring and comfortable furnishings throughout.

This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided upon arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
