Air conditioner in Room 222 malfunctioning. Thermostat set at LOWEST temperature, reading 70 degrees, but was actually probably 77 degrees. The maintenance man came out and looked at it. Bedroom very stuffy. I live in Florida and keep my thermostat at 75 degrees at my home all the time and am comfortable. I would be freezing if it were actually 70 degrees. Luckily, In December, the nights are cool so that helped with the room temperature, so it was not bad. However, it would have been miserable in a warmer month.
