La ubicación, limpieza, amplitud, el acceso

La cafetera no andaba del todo bien y el agua caliente era escasa.

Locatia amplasata aproape de centrul orasului,langa supermarketuri,zona frumoasa si linistita. Un plus a fost faptul ca ni s-a permis checkin mai devreme de ora 17 si pentru asta suntem recunoscatori deoarece eram foarte obositi.Totul curat,camere mari si spatioase,baia mare,acces cu liftul.

As vrea sa subliniez mai multe aspecte care nu sunt in regula si chiar daca le-am sesizat nu s-a remediat situatia. - nu sunt suficiente tacamuri,noi fiind 5 persoane -ibricul pentru cafea nu este compatibil cu plita electrica -nu sunt baterii la telecomenzi,am fost nevoiti sa cumparam si le-am si lasat acolo -nu sunt saci de gunoi -nu sunt cesti de cafea,doar cateva pahare de hartie Daca s-ar manifesta mai mult interes probabil lucrurile ar fi mai bune,insa din punctul meu de vedere,cele oferite iti ofera minimul de confort.Noi am ales aceasta locatie datorita zonei unde este amplasata si a pretului mai mic,insa cu cateva investitii se poate atinge un nivel mai mare de confort.

Apartment is very nice and spacious.

We were 3 people sleeping in different beds but third bed had no bedsheets. We requested those bedsheets and staff said we had to sleep in same bed. Company which managed the property was so unhelpful and rude. The sofa was dirty. We reported and they just said thank you I will let cleaners know for next time.
