Reign Hotel

On the day of arrival I was able to communicate quickly with reception, arranging the airport pickup was quite fast, the receptionist was very friendly and efficient.

The room looked to be in good condition, but the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough and detailed. There were stains like dried drops on some parts of the floor; this could have been anything, even cleaning products, but it could also have been liquids! Because there were also stains under the toilet. I didn't report it that day because I had just arrived from a long trip and wanted to rest. My reservation included breakfast, but my flight was at 6:00 a.m. The receptionist offered me coffee, juice, and a croissant to take with me the next day. But the following morning, I encountered a young man at reception who seemed uncomfortable there. I asked him about the coffee, and he went to get it, looking somewhat annoyed. I had to ask him about the rest, and his attitude wasn't appropriate. He gave me a glass of juice that had been served there. He expected me to take two uncapped glasses of liquid in the taxi. I was hoping for one of the small bottles from the refrigerators. etc. His attitude was completely unfriendly and illogical. And he was the one who was supposed to take me to the airport, and he was a bit inexperienced behind the wheel. Anyway, this guy should receive training to perform these kinds of duties in the hotel/hospitality industry.

Good location, close to airport. Friendly staff. Very clean hotel.

Room was very warm, no air conditioning on prior to arrival meant room took long time to cool down.

Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. De algemene ligging is prima. In directe omgeving van het vliegveld en uitgaande wegen. Enkele goede restaurants op betrekkelijk korte afstand. Service was erg goed.

De grootte van de kamer. Te klein voor 2 personen en niet 4-sterren waardig. De schoonmaak is tijdens ons 4-nachten verblijf achterwege gebleven. De WiFi was onbeveiligd. De airco functioneerde, maar werkte matig. Ramen konden niet open vanwege het drukke verkeer. Dit wisten wij vooraf. De bedden vonden wij niet zo goed (kuil en zacht matras). We moesten betalen in LEK en niet in Euro’s, want dat was te duur voor het hotel ivm wisselkoers. Hierdoor betaalden wij 10% meer. Er is alleen ontbijt voor de gasten en niet geschikt verblijf voor (jonge) kinderen
