    It was a pleasant stay.. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I communicated through WhatsApp after reaching TIA airport and they arranged pickup within 20 mins, but had to wait more than 45 mins to get a car to drop off at the airport, I understand that it was not their fault as they couldn't get a driver and we didn't book in advance. The room is very neat and clean. The breakfast was not that great but ok.. one suggestion I would give is that please provide English breakfast tea in the room and in restaurant. Otherwise everything is good, I would recommend and book again if I plan to go to Tirana

    We travelled 40 countries and this is first time I felt scared during overnight. First the photo displayed doesn't show it's actually a small hotel behind a gas station. I thought it's quite a beautiful hotel with Mountain View and swimming pool. The hotel facility is not really up to expectations. Check in and out process is smooth. The hotel staff is friendly. But the cleanliness in the room is very dissapointed. Many ants on the floor and we tried to wipe it. And the bath towel racking is almost broken and fallen down. The shower room glass is partially detached from the support. It's so dangerous. The bed has ants climbing and hair leftover. The most scary part is someone knocked the door at 10-11pm twice and started screaming outside. I think it's from next door. I tried to contact the receptionist via Whatapps to check because we dare not to open the door. But they replied I don't know what happened. We prayed and had a bad sleep till 7am. The breakfast buffet is limited variety but delicious. The fruits are so sweet and we love it. I don't think so we will come again.
