Very spacious apartment with views from every room. Peacock Island was almost in touching distance from the bedroom. Quiet neighbourhood and ideally located at the foot of the Rincon area.
The situation with the breakage bond was completely unacceptable. There appeared to be no trust between the proprietor and the client and the fact the bond had to be paid in cash was a bit worrying. What’s wrong with loading a credit card for the bond? I had to deal with a young lady who couldn’t speak English at way past midnight about getting a receipt before I handed over any money. The late check in could be an issue also although to be fair, the owner agreed to waive the €30 late check in fee.

El apartamento super cómodo y con todo lo necesario y la atención de andrea excelente. Sin duda el mejor alojamiento. Quedamos muy satisfechos y encantados muy cerca a las playas.

El acceso con ascensor, la piscina y las vistas. Dormir con el sonido del mar de fondo.
El parking. Zona muy complicada para aparcar. Tienes que dejar el coche en un parking que le pega el sol.
