The staff was amazing, especially Denise. I lost my voice due to the cold and she called me a taxi to pick me up from the train station. She was truly caring and warm. She is a 5 star customer service! The other reception staff was great too! Even though it was my first time in the town and hotel, I felt safe and cared.
Maybe to have an option for breakfast or some vending machine with food.

Moderní a čisté pokoje. Pohodlné postele. Parkování za plotem a zdarma. Velmi příjemní zaměstnanci recepce.
Snad jediná zvláštní věc. Pokud přijedete po 21.hodině, ráno nedostanete snídani, protože prý už není možnost dát kuchaři vědět, že má ráno připravit snídani a nachystat hrnek, talíř a příbor pro jednu osobu navíc. Pravděpodobně to má má spojitost s nějakou logistikou, možná chystají snídaně v jiné budově/obci.
