Der Gastgeber war sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat schnell auf Mängel reagiert. Es gab viele Zimmer und Badezimmer. Der Gartenbereich war sehr einladend und es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten, sogar mit etwas Blick aufs Gebirge. Die Küche war groß genug, um entspannt zu kochen. Die Wohnung war geräumig und bot genügend Platz. Der Einlass war sehr unkompliziert und auch der Check-In/out.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche war hinsichtlich einiger Utensilien dürftig. Es gab nichts zum abmessen/abwiegen. Der Vermieter hatte sich aber schnell darum gekümmert. Die Töpfe waren so groß, dass die drei Kochfelder kaum ausreichten. Licht in einem Schlafzimmer war defekt sowie der Föhn, der schnell ersetzt worden ist. Für die Baustelle konnte der Vermieter nichts und sollte bestimmt in den nächsten Jahren nicht mehr vorkommen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
