About this villa rental

The detached villa with a natural stone facade in the north of Mallorca skillfully combines traditional architecture and modern comfort with many free services.
Embedded in a wonderful mountain panorama, leave everyday life behind and enjoy the luxurious ambience of a private property.

Villa Vista Verde is located in a very quiet side street with a view of the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains.
The spacious garden and the shady terrace invite you to play and linger.

The 8 x 4 m pool is the eye-catcher of the property. Enjoy the Mediterranean sun on the high-quality wooden deck or on the manicured lawn.

In the evening, the pool lighting bathes the property in a romantic mood.

The clever interior layout creates a relaxing atmosphere indoors.

The open kitchen is harmoniously connected to the spacious and high-quality furnished living area with an open fireplace (decoration). It is fully equipped and has a large table for a cozy meal with family and friends.

The technical equipment includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, an electric juicer, smoothie maker, toaster, free WiFi, satellite TV, flat screen, DVD player and high-quality air conditioning (hot / cold) with air filter, electric heaters, washing machine and free safe. All windows have high-quality fly screens.

For your entertainment you will find a small library (also children's books), numerous board games and a collection of DVDs.

The property has three charmingly furnished bedrooms, each with their own modern bathrooms, which are separated by a door. The double bed is 200X200cm and the single beds are 90x200cm.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with large mirrors, wooden hangers and shoe racks as well as additional storage space. A cot is also available free of charge.

The comfortable daylight bathrooms are equipped with floor-level showers, hairdryers and towel warmers and also have large storage areas. A bathtub is also available.

The property includes a private parking lot with a double carport that protects your car from the sun. The property is completely fenced and children can develop wonderfully on the premises.

Sufficient pool and beach towels are provided.

Beach bags, cooler bags, air mattress and a beach umbrella are also included. As well as a new table tennis table.
Badminton and boules can also be played.

The professional house management of Balearic Villas is available on site.

Final cleaning and pool maintenance are included in the price. A change of towels when booking 10 days or more. When booking 14 days or more, an additional change of linen. Tourist tax is included in the price and will be paid for you.

Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir sehr angenehmen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der uns viele Tipps gegeben hat (von der Autovermietung über Ausflugstipps mit den genauen Adressen bis hin zu den Restaurants etc.). Ein paar Wochen vor der Anreise, gab es dann noch ein Starterpaket per E-Mail, in dem u.a. noch mehr Informationen und Tipps auch zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Stränden mit Routeninformationen standen. Diese Mail haben wir während unseres Urlaubs immer wieder nutzen können. Gut vorbereitet sind wir dann in der Villa Viste Verde angekommen. Wir fanden ein sehr sauberes Haus vor, das für unsere Ankunft schon gut vorbereitet war. Man merkt an der Qualität der Ausstattung und am Zustand, dass der Eigentümer hier alles "gut in Schuss" hält. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem offenen Durchgang zur Küche sind sehr schön und groß, in der Küche fehlt es wirklich an nichts... Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind toll eingerichtet und die Matratzen hervorragend. Mehr als ausreichend Platz für eine 5-köpfige Familie mit 3 Mädchen :-) Zusätzlich zu den 3 Bädern gibt es im Flur noch ein extra WC. Stauraum ist sowohl im Eingangsbereich und Wohnzimmer als auch in den Schlafzimmern auch für einen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt mehr als ausreichend vorhaben. Bei gutem Wetter aber hält man sich sicher sowieso mehr draußen als drinnen auf. Und das mit Freude! Die große und überdachte Terrasse bietet auch wieder genügend Platz für den großen Esstisch und zudem noch für die gemütlichen Loungemöbel, die wir abends gerne bei einem Glas Wein oder dem ein oder anderen Gin Tonic genutzt haben. Der sehr gepflegte Garten ist eine Augenweide und der Pool mit dem sehr klaren Wasser ist nocheinmal das Highlight im dem sowieso schon schönen Garten. Gerade, dass man hier noch einmal vor der überdachten Terrasse auf dem Holzdeck - das im übrigen komplett um den Pool geht (sehr gut für die Kinder und viel besser als die Standart Steine, die mit nassen Füßen auch gerne mal rutschig werden) - noch vier tolle Liegen und zwei Sonnenschirme vorfindet, zeigt wieder einmal von dem durchdachten Platzangebot. Hinter dem Haus findet sich der tolle Carport, in dem das Auto nicht zu sehr aufheizt und ein Häuschen mit viel Pool- und Strandspielzeug. Abgerundet wird "das Paket" durch die freundlichen Betreuer, die sich um dieses Schmuckstück kümmern. Leider habe ich nicht mehr Platz zu Verfügung, aber dieses Haus können wir zweifelsfrei weiterempfehlen und der Eindruck ist noch besser als im Inserat.

There was a little hamper for when we arrived which was a nice touch so we didn’t have to figure out dinner for when we arrived but would of been useful to have milk and large water. Otherwise a great holiday.

Wir waren in den Herbstferien mit einer befreundeten Familie auf Mallorca in diesem Objekt - es war SUPER! Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und das Haus tipp-topp-sauber - man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Für uns war es ganz toll, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Bad besitzt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, besonders ist hier auf die detaillierte und liebevolle Einrichtung der Küche hinzuweisen. Wer dazu Lust hat und sich auf den Märkten eingedeckt hat, kann hier ein Fest-Menu kochen - es ist alles dazu vorhanden! Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne und entspannte Zeit in dieser schönen Villa, die Kinder hatten so viel Spaß beim Toben im Anwesen, schwimmen im Pool oder Tischtennis spielen. Vom Objekt aus kann man mit einem Mietwagen alles sehr schnell erreichen - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und verschiedene Strände. Wir kommen wieder!

Herrlicher Garten, gepflegte Villa mit allem, was man so braucht (Küche, Strandausrüstung, Familienspiele). Alles ist so, wie beschrieben. Einrichtung des Hauses auf hohem Niveau. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und bietet tolle Tips und Ideen für Ausflüge und Restaurants (vielen Dank insb. für die Wandertips!). Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gern wieder!
