About this villa rental
Beautiful and comfortable new house with garden and pool near Pollença. In Villa Can Torrens you will find the perfect setting to have the holidays of your dreams. There are three bedroom, one of which is a suit with a dressing room aswell. The kitchen is very spacious, connected with the living room through two wide doors made of wood and glass.
There is also a studio where you can relax feeling the warm of mallorcan summer sun. The studio has two terraces, a bathroom and a hot tub ready to welcome you.
The exterior garden is equiped with a pool, a solarium barbacue to throw amazing parties with your family and friends.
Villa Can Torrens is located on the skirts of Tramuntana Sierra and 10 minuts away from the beach by car. This is a residential area, very calm and perfect for long walks near the woods. Also, there is a Paint Ball area in the nearby.
The electricity must be paid in cash direct to the owner on departure day. you have to pay half of the electricity that you spend during your stay. There is a meter .it cost 0. 60 € uro / kw
The ecotasa: the Balearic Parliament has established a new tax applied on stays in Balearic tourist accomodations. the tax amount to assume is 2. 20Euro / per night / per person over 16 years old.
Extra costs: electricity 0. 45 Euro / KW..YOU HAVE TO PAY 50% OF THE ELECTRICITY THAT YOU SPEND DURING YOUR STAY.
Extra cost for a baby - bed and highchair 30 EURO / WEEK
THE FINAL CLEANING IS INCLUDED .BUT THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT TIDY, KITCHEN WITH CLEAN DISHES AND THE LAUNDRY MUST BE FOLDET.

I had a wonderful stay the property. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, setting a positive tone right from the start. Miquel himself was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and provide guidance, which made the experience even better.The house was modern, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet—making it the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.Speaking of exploring, having a car is essential to fully appreciate the beautiful local area, which offers plenty to see and do.Overall, I highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a serene and well-appointed place to stay.

What a fantastic Villa, Modern, Very clean, well maintained, well stocked with everything you need to have a stress free, relaxing Stay. Miguel the host is a Great chap, contactable, check in and out was so straight forward. Can highly recommend this place. 10/10. We will return to this quiet, relaxing Villa again.Thankyou Miguel for making our Vacation so memorable in your delightful Villa.

This home is the best kept secret in the area. Our second stay in two years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Miquel, the owner, is the best. He is easy to work with, accommodating, friendly, and truly wants you to have a great stay. Given this is his home he stays at during the winter, he takes tremendous pride in making sure his guests feel AT HOME. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. The location is superb, wonderful neighborhood, and easy access to the main highway. I can't emphasize enough how clean and well maintained the home and property are. Miquel, thank you again for an exceptional time and hope to be back soon!
