The location & an exceptional sea view. The kitchen was well-equipped & the open plan setting made it more luxurious.
Despite the apartment being a six sleeper, the capacity of the geyser needs to be looked at , as the water after 2 people showered was lukewarm to cold. The toaster button had to be held down in order for it to work.

Spacious rooms and entertaining areas
Closeness to the beach
Damp mould in the living and sleeping areas
Twin bedroom did not have adequate block out curtains and outside lights shone through
No DSTV available
Check out time was 9am
Housekeeping came in at 735am on day of check out
