The view and location was beautiful and perfect getaway for my family. The host was amazing and provided us with information on the day before check in. He sent us information of the activities and food places around and also keep us informed of the weather daily.

I appreciated the proximity of the beach and that it was clean with play areas for children. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

"I recently stayed at a self-catering resort and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Prior to my arrival, the owner requested a private deposit of R1000 via WhatsApp, a transaction that was not disclosed during the booking process on Booking.com. This lack of transparency set the tone for the rest of my stay. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency from the host regarding the stained linen policy. I believe I should have been informed in advance that stained linen would incur a charge. Unfortunately, I was required to pay for new linen from my deposit due to the stained linen in the room. Furthermore, the resort host imposed stringent conditions for deposit reimbursement, including the need to report any issues immediately upon arrival. Despite my efforts to document and report broken items such as a damaged door and toilet brush, the cleaners inaccurately attributed these damages to me. This lack of accountability and miscommunication only added to the frustration of my stay. Overall, my experience at this resort was plagued by mismanaged expectations, poor communication, and a general lack of maintenance and care for the property. It was a disappointing and unpleasant holiday for me and my family.
