The view was amazing, the place was in fairly good condition. Privacy and secure parking

The place has been a bit neglected; ceiling needs to be sorted out in the lounge, no dstv or open view, front door and gate needs to be sorted out as there was a bit difficulty opening and closing maybe it could because of the rust,
