Very clean, bug free, beautiful home. It was away from the tourist area but close enough to drive for dinner. The home is in a very quiet area, you can see and hear the waves from the porch. The owners left detailed instructions for the amenities and helpful area tips. The property is well maintained and has lots of beach toys, chairs, and pickle ball equipment.
It would be good to note in the booking, you cannot access the swimming pool unless you pay $100 fee to the HOA. This must be done Monday- Friday normal business hours. This is noted in instructions after arrival, but since we arrived on the weekend and did not know to call to make prior arrangements, our daughter was very disappointed. Especially, after having her first encounter with a jellyfish.

Everything was stocked with pots and cups, plates, and utensils. The chairs on the porch were fabulous for sitting and visiting. The gate was great for the dog. They exceeded my expectations. This was the first time we rented a place to stay.
Truly it was great. We did not have an dislikes.
