It was great. We had children from 10 months (they had a play pen and booster seat, also stairs had a little blockade. Easy to close off or open) to old as 17years (the arcade was a hit). Loved the rooms and restrooms. So close to the beach. Literally a 1 minute drive. Dollar general was a 9 min drive, Walmart was about 20 mins away. There’s a local restaurant in the neighborhood that had big portions of food.
Would definitely rent this house out again in future Galveston trips.
The stairs helped me maintain my workout goals as well. lol

We stayed on Sea Isle. Home was less than 2 minutes walk to the beach access. The home was clean and had room foreveryone. My boys loved the game room. Host was very accessible. Marina was fun with restaurant and bar. Plenty to do. We did the 10 minute drive to Galveston pier. Good variety of restaurants. Awesome Cajun food. Would come back again!

We stayed in the property for a week in June. Everything was Great. The hosts were wonderful and answered every question and need that we had. The house itself was beautiful, and cozy. We had 8 people on the trip with us ranging in age from 4 to 64, and every single one of us had a great stay and we look forward to coming back. The house is located about 15 minutes from the seawall and downtown Galveston. The beach was about a 3 minute walk away. We also spent some time at the community pool. The neighborhood was safe and all the houses were well kept. I promise that you will have a great time if you stay at this property. Thanks T&D for everything.

The house has plenty of potential. The location is great. It has a great size for a large group. Decorations were fun and the upstairs tv/game room was fun. The ice maker in the kitchen was a bonus. Unfortunately, it is apparent that the house receives minimal upkeep. Some of the arcade games are broken. The outdoor hammock was also broken. The microwave is missing the turntable and the dishwasher is not attached to the cubby so it comes out while trying to load. Most disappointing was the cleanliness. The house had a very moldy smell. There was mold growing on the cabinet doors. There was a leak under the kitchen sink and rather than repairing they simply placed a tray under the leak. Food crumbs were in the cabinets and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The upholstery on all the furniture was stained and dirty. The house could be a wonderful vacation spot but they really need to spend a weekend making some repairs, minor purchases to replace broken or damaged kitchen equipment and completing a good cleaning.
