Two holiday apartments for up to 4 people each with a separate entrance and lake view are located directly on Lake Userin on the owner's fenced residential property of approx. 2,700 m² in an outbuilding on the ground floor and upper floor. The bathing area is approx. 100 metres away. All guests have access to parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, a terrace or outdoor seating area, barbecue, a small playground (swing), cot, high chair, Wi-Fi and a rowing boat for hire (for a fee). The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as towels. Bed linen can be brought along or rented for a fee. To be paid on site, if desired: rowing boat 15 EUR/day. Pets are not allowed in this property.
