About this house rental
Your holiday home for non-smokers is located above Lake Useriner. It is bright and pleasantly furnished and has all the amenities that contribute to a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor there is the light-flooded living / dining room with fireplace, seating area, dining table and open fully equipped kitchenette. This also includes a dishwasher. Large TV, radio, WiFi connection and telephone contribute to entertainment and communication. A bedroom with double bed and shower room with toilet are on the same floor. In the attic designed as an open gallery, another bedroom with two single beds awaits you. Garden furniture, parasols and a barbecue invite you to relax on the south-facing terrace, which is protected by the vegetation.
The bicycles can easily be stored in the attached shed.
The holiday home has a parking space that borders directly on the holiday complex. The system can only be used for loading and unloading.
Pets are not allowed in the complex.
A playground with a sandpit and play equipment is available for children. The multifunctional and soccer field in the immediate vicinity can be used by young people and adults.
A large swimming area with a fine sandy beach is located below the holiday center. It has a flat bank that is also suitable for small children. There you will find a jetty for sunbathing, a bathing island and a water slide. Rowing boats, canoes and life jackets can be borrowed locally for a fee.
Grocery store (with bike rental) in town, approx. 250 m away.
The reception is available for all questions during your stay.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung.
Für zwei Personen bestens geeignet.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit genossen.
Anmerkung: Im Angebot sollte erwähnt werden das der Strom separat nach Verbrauch abgerechnet wird.

Unsere Erwartungen an das Ferienhaus wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage bietet vieles, was von einem Urlaub in Mecklenburg erwartet, sowohl für den aktiven Urlauber als auch für die, die es lieber ruhiger angehen lassen wollen.

Wir geben dem Haus nur einen Stern. Ich musste selber den Kühlschrank sauber machen, die Toilette putzen, und die Betten, man hatte ein klebriges Gefühl. Habe mir eine neue Bettdecke gekauft. Das Putzteam ist zwar nochmal da rein, aber nicht kompetent, da sie mir sagten, einige Sachen gehen nicht mehr weg (Toilette). Ging natürlich weg, als ich es selber gemacht habe. Die Terrasse war der Knaller, wir hatten super Wetter, ansonsten hätten wir die ganz kleinen Räume nutzen müssen. Die Treppe zu den oberen Betten war fast Senkrecht, Auf und Abstieg sehr gefährlich, also vorsichtig runter gehen, mit festhalten am Geländer. Hornissennest unterm Dachgiebel und seitlich bildet sich ein Wespennest. Durch diese Umstände war das Ganze nicht mal die Hälfte des überteuerten Geldes wert. Ich hätte Fotos, aber die tue ich niemandem an. Schade. Der Verwalter vor Ort hat sich aber eigentlich toll gekümmert. Mit der Sauberkeit dort in den Häusern gibt es wohl schon länger Probleme, wurde uns zugetragen, aber dieses sei wohl bekannt, aber wäre Vermietersache.
