A Swedish house on the shore of a lake in Müritz National Park

This cozy wooden house is located in a quiet little vacation park on Lake Userin, on the edge of the Müritz National Park. The beautiful surroundings—a landscape characterized by countless lakes, waterways, and forests—invite you to go swimming, hiking, and biking, as well as fishing and paddling on the Havel Waterway.

The house is bright and cheerfully furnished and features a large, sunny terrace. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely renovated in 2022 (one bathroom has underfloor heating). When it’s cooler outside, a wood-burning stove in the living room provides cozy warmth.

The vacation complex has its own swimming pier (approx. 200 meters), and there is a swimming area with a fine sandy beach and a gently sloping shore in the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 meters). Children can move about freely and safely everywhere, as the area is generally car-free (vehicle access to the house is permitted only upon arrival and departure; a private parking space is available at the reception desk). The complex also includes a children’s playground and a sports field where guests can play beach volleyball, soccer, table tennis, or basketball (balls and table tennis paddles are available for rent).

A local grocery store offers everyday essentials, including fresh bread rolls. Additional shopping options can be found in nearby Neustrelitz (8 km). A visit to the former royal seat is also worthwhile for sightseeing—whether to explore the Baroque cityscape, enjoy dinner at sunset in the city harbor on Lake Zierker, go to the movies or theater, or explore the Slawendorf archaeological open-air museum.

At the front desk, you can use a washing machine (5 €) and dryer, as well as rent bed linens (10 €), towels (5 €), a crib (8 €), a high chair (8 €), and a rowboat (15 €) (subject to availability and prior reservation by phone at 0160 3452435).

Three days before the start of your stay, you will receive a Welcome Guide via email with detailed information on arrival and key pickup.

Please note that upon arrival, a security deposit of 100 euros in cash must be paid to the on-site manager. The cost of electricity consumption, at €0.50/kWh, will be deducted from the security deposit upon departure.
