Wonderful experience in pristine nature

It was the best camping experience we had so far! Beautiful nature, great facilities, very well thought through, amazing value for money. Kids enjoyed Hochseilgarten. And the restaurant as well as imbiss exceeded our expectations by far. Also Lagefeuer was great. Highly recommended!

Our neighbors were loud. Really loud - up until midnight at least. It really didn't help the sleep quality and disturbed the experience of nature. It was also a bit awkward with temperature: although outside temperature was very similar over the course of our stay (15-20 degrees), the inside temperature varied greatly, probably depending on how sunny it was: from 32 when we came to 14 in the last morning. It was all fixable with opening windows and adjusting heating, but still unexpected.

Beautiful location right on the lake with a beach and boat rental facilities. The trailer I rented was spacious and clean. Great value

The park is meant and organized for longer term stays, less so for one night stays and guests just passing through. The listing should make clear that bed linens and towels are NOT provided. I was on a bicycle tour and definitely didn't carry sheets for the beds with me. Perhaps I could have known by carefully reading the description, but I feel it should stand out since towels and linens are so standard in most accomodations, I wouldn't even consider they may not be provided

Place is great if you get the right accommodatio but don't expect the staff to be helpful with this.

The grounds are very nice and the activities for children are well organized and fun. The kids particularly liked the ropes course, and a staff member from the activity center came and taught the boys some fun new games.

The reception is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They put us in the cabin next to the garbage dumpsters when the park was only about 20% full. The cabin's heating did not work, and we were freezing. I asked the next day if we could switch cabins. They made it sound like this would be absolutely impossible, and could not be done. They sent a handyman to fix the heater (he had to come three times, and we had to be there to let him in). I insisted, and finally, they moved us to a newer, cleaner, and better-located cabin. It seems there is one competent person at the reception that recognized that customers have the right to be happy with the accommodation for which they paid. Honestly, be very careful when booking with them and ensure you get the cabin you requested.

Die herrliche Ruhe und die tolle Lage, und natürlich das tolle Schweden Haus selbst Wir sind das zweite mal da , das erste mal haben wir tatsächlich unsere Hochzeit und meinen 50 geb in mehreren Häusern mit allen Gästen gefeiert 🙏🏻🥰

Für einen Kurzurlaub mit viele Ruhe sehr schön

Der Ferienpark ist sehr schön gelegen, die Ruhe konnte mann sehr genießen. Das Mobilheim war gut ausgestattet.

Die Betten sind für zwei Personen sehr klein. Bemängeln muss ich leider, das wir im Schlafzimmer nur ein Vorhang hatten, so das wir das Fenster nicht vollständig verdecken konnten. Leider wurde es auch , trotz Meldung nicht behoben.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub

Das Häuschen war super, viel Platz und super eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber, einfach zum wohl fühlen. Zum See sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

Das Häuschen war direkt am Wald, somit hatten wir wenig Sonne. An der Rezeption war eine junge Dame mit sehr langen Nägeln sehr frech , die Kollegin allerdings sehr freundlich. Macht einfach keinen guten Eindruck!

Erholung und Unterhaltung 👍🏻

Wir fanden das Mobilheim,die Angebote und den Service ( haben Anliegen umgehend bearbeitet) super. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat , war das Abendprogramm.

Etagenbett - unteres Bett sehr niedrig. Das ist nicht gut bedacht. Zum Schlafen wäre das nichts für mich gewesen. Zum Glück hatte ich die Möglichkeit zum Auszuweichen.

Ein Paradies für Groß und Klein

Top Lage, es gab alles was das Camper Herz begehrt. Wir sind mit unserer drei jährigen Enkeltochter gereist. Für Kinder und Großeltern ein Paradies am See. Spaß und Entspannung pur.

Anreise in der Saison erst ab 17 Uhr, Abreise 10 Uhr. Aber aus organisatorischen Gründen ( Reinigung) durchaus verständlich. Kinderanimation und Programm war erst ab 5.7., obwohl wir ab 1.7. schon den vollen Preis für die Hauptsaison gezahlt haben.

hauseigener Supermarkt muss verbessert werden, Kühlware nicht ausreichend gekühlt, schlechte Preisauszeichnung der Artikel zu dem völlig überteuert gerade wenn Kinder und Jugendgruppen kommen ist das Taschengeld bei Kauf eines Sschokoriegels gleich alle. Supermarkt muss eindeutig neu geplant werden mit Klimaanlage und Lüftung

Super Urlaub für Kinder und Erwachsene

Super Lage des Campingplatzes. Viele Freiräume für die Kinder. Nettes Personal und schönes, hochwertiges Ferienhaus.

Normale Pizza zur Selbstabholung im Restaurant Havelberge zwischen 13-16 € !!! Über die Animation für Kinder müßte besser informiert werden.

Küche war gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und zweckmäßig. Am Platz finden sich Laden und Restaurant.

Sitzkissen für die Stühle innen und außen wären toll gewesen. Handtücher und Spülset mussten dazu gekauft werden

Es fehlt ein Toaster und das Licht im Wohnraum ist nicht dimmbar, bzw. keine diffuse Abendbeleuchtung fürs Fernsehen vorhanden.

Es war viel zu leer und es waren fast keine Kinder da. Außer dem Kletterpark war nichts, wirklich gar nichts für kleine Kinder. Für Eltern auch nicht. Alles, was man von einem Ferienpark erwartet und was im Internet angepriesen wird, gab es aufgrund der geringen Auslastung nicht. Für Mai ungewöhnlich, haben wir nicht mit gerechnet. Schade...

Einfach nur toll!!!

Wir fahren seit sechs Jahren mindestens zweimal im Jahr nach Havelberge! Meistens im April\Mai und September,wenn es noch recht ruhig ist! Und wohnen immer in einem Mobilheim.Die Betten sind bequem, der Wohn-Essbereich auch.Toilette etwas klein aber mit Dusche!Das Resort hat eine sehr schöne Lage und liegt 7km von der tollen Stadt NEUSTRELITZ entfernt.Das Resort ist terrassenförmig angelegt .Restaurant und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen sowie ein Kiosk gibt es auch auf den Platz..Auch für die Kids gibt es sehr viel Spielmöglichkeiten!!! Der Strand ist nicht sehr groß aber gepflegt.Alles in allem einfach sehr schön dort!!!!! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist auch immer sehr freundlich!

Zu beanstanden wäre das einige Kleinigkeiten in der Küche fehlen.Wenn der Gasherd angemacht werden soll fehlt ein Stabfeuerzeug.Auf der Toilette fehlt der Papierhalter.Auch Fliegengitter fehlen an manchen Fenstern.

Eine tolle Zeit mit Familie und Freunden, gerne wieder

Unser Mobilheim war total schön. Ausstattung super. Im Allgemeinen ist die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Der Kletterwald ist ein Traum für groß und klein, hatten ganz viel Spaß und das Personal war super nett. Spielplätze auch sehr schön. Der See und der dazugehörige Badestrand ebenfalls klasse. Es gibt auf der Anlage auch einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man morgens frische Brötchen bekommt. Das Restaurant auf der Anlage gefiel uns leider nicht so gut, die Stimmung des Kellners war eher im Keller und essen leider auch nicht so besonders gut. Aber es gibt einen Spielraum für Kinder, dafür einen Pluspunkt. Wir können diese Anlage definitiv empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder.

Geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Betten in dem Ocala Mobilhomes sind bequem. Es war sauber. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett.

Die Mobilhomes sind schon eher ein Sparmodell: im 2. Schlafzimmer und im Bad keine Steckdose. Die Umleimer der Plastikmöbel lösen sich schon ab. Die Küche ist für 4 Personen sehr knapp bestückt. Im Mai gibt es dort extrem viele Stechmücken.
