Наявність балкону, як у кімнаті, так і у загальному просторі. Чудово облаштована кухня/санвузол. Поруч магазини, заклади харчування та громадський транспорт.
Сусіди були шумними о 5 ранку (але це не залежить від помешкання). Виникали проблеми з відкриванням воріт на територію. Замала душова кабіна. Відсутня циркуляція повітря у ванній кімнаті.

La struttura nuova, moderna e pulita. Con la possibilità di usare una cucina condivisa e caffè a volontà.
Qualche difficoltà ad accedere alle porte con sistema automatico di apertura e chiusura. Il bagno privato esterno alla camera con la necessità di percorrere un corridoio e di doversi portare la chiave ogni volta era leggermente scomodo.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, todo estaba super limpio y al ser un piso amoblado hemos podido hacer la cena un par de días allí, está muy bien ubicado a unos 30 minutos caminando del coliseo.

L'appartamento è molto carino e nuovo, anche la zona è abbastanza comoda.
Le lenzuola erano sporche e anche in bagno c'erano peli e capelli. Nella zona ci sono dei parcheggi ma è praticamente impossibile trovare posto, alla fine abbiamo trovato un buco a 20 minuti a piedi dalla struttura e non abbiamo più spostato la macchina. Non abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la procedura di check in online, inoltre se hai il telefono scarico non puoi rientrare nella stanza. Pensavo meglio.
