I loved the location. There were so many restaurants close by, plus a grocery store and plenty of shops within walking distance. It was also very convenient to the Spanish Steps and the train station. I’m really happy with both the location and the staff. They were incredibly thoughtful — the refrigerator was stocked with drinks, fruit, spreads, and even bread, which made it so convenient when we arrived late at night and didn’t want to go out.
The place was clean, a bit small, but very comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Rome.

La ubicación es perfecta. Justo al lado de Plaza España. Hemos estado 4 días en Roma y hemos ido andando a todas partes.
Solo cogimos taxi para el aeropuerto ( que además hay parada justo al lado)
La cocina perfectamente equipada y con todo nuevo ( aunque no cocinamos ni 1 dia) Además.fue un detalle que nos dejaran Fruta, zumos, pan, agua, Leche, café, mermelada.
Comunicación magnífica para el check in/ out, incluso nos permitieron salir más tarde ya que el vuelo era tardío.
Resultó muy cómodo contar con 2 tv , 1 en cada planta. Buena climatizacion ( incluso toallero con calefacción en baño).
Aunque el apartamento está muy limpio, el techo del baño convendría repasarlo, de pintura y la zona de la ducha hace falta mejorar la limpieza.
Aunque para nuestra familia no supuso un problema, el acceso a la parte de arriba ( cama de matrimonio) es con una escalera de caracol que tiene cierta dificultad. No lo recomendaría para alguien muy mayor, con dificultades de movilidad o para niños ( aunque si duermen abajo y no suben las escaleras no hay problema).

Appartamento perfetto con tutte le comodità inclusa la lavatrice/asciugatrice. Appartamento situato a meno di 100 metri da Piazza di Spagna. Eccellente la gestione della proprietaria che mi ha seguito dalla mia prenotazione fino al giorno della partenza. Ci ha fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per la prima colazione, caffè, cornetti, marmellata, toast, acqua, coca cola ecc. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole soggiornare nel cuore di Roma.
Nulla, tutto perfetto.
