As usual, Senthil has been a fantastic host. This is my family’s second time taking this place and its been nothing but fabulous.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made arrival stress-free. The deposit was also returned very quickly, which I really appreciated.
The smell of ubat gegat (mothballs) was too strong when I first entered the room, which felt uncomfortable at the start. It would be better if the window could be opened beforehand or a little air freshener/perfume was used before guests check in.

Very strategic location (near the bridge and surrounded by good eateries, USM), comfortable stay for big group, convenient with complete amenities. Kids had lots of fun in the kid pool while we ate outside. Host is also very considerate
Staircase railings were relatively not toddler friendly, if staying with toddlers, constant supervision is a must.
