Nice independent house with a nice garden as well. It is independent but the owners live beside and are always there to help if you need it. The owners will do everything to help you and know all places in the city. We did the trip in the national park with Zaza, it would have been much more difficult to do it alone, it had some cost but I think it was fair overall. The city has a nice park where people go on the evening with a 1.4 km hilly route if you like to run (not always easy in Georgia).
The communication with the owners was good as we both had good notions of russian language but I think that in English it would have been more limited.
