I really enjoyed the stay as it was a good location to visit Tblisi and going to Zhinvali water reservoir. They host was incredibly polite, helpful, and happy to help. He even gave us some bottles of wine that he home makes, which was absolutely delicious. It was a super unique place and in many ways I won't forget my experience.
The facilities listed a pool so we thought we could use it for free. But turns out we had to pay for it, but we didn't end up using in the end. Also there weren't many plates for us to cook, but we managed fine.

Our host, Levan, welcomed us with open arms and a warm heart. We initially only went around for a wine and chacha tasting, but were met with such grace and hospitality, that we decided to book a night. The property itself is big, with various cosey spots to enjoy the tranquility and peace of this part of town. We loved how quiet it was - exactly what we were looking for. A short drive/taxi from the mall, restaurants and local bars.
