Overall apartment was really good. It was nice and cozy. It had good distribution of rooms. Kitchen had enough tools to cook simple lunch meals. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked fine for cold nights (we were at december). Also owners of apartament were really helpful. Although they were not physically at place, we could communicate with them through whatsapp and they responeded almost imediately. We had problem with opening doors, because keys were hidden in mechanical lock, which we did not experienced yet in our lives. But after overcoming problems with understanding each other, we managed to open the doors. I recommend this apartament for someone who do not demand high standards, but normal level of comfort, and espacially for someone who is aiming to explore Rome whole day and who is staying in apartment just for breakfast, supper and sleep.
Most inconvenient aspect of this apartment was bathroom. It needs renovation for sure. There were 2 main problems. The most annoying was water which we could not set to proper temperature, because it was fluctuating from hot to cold and also it took 5-10 minutes for water to heat up. So taking shower was very inconvenient and especially cleaning hair, because it extended struggle with fluctuating temperature of water.
Second problem was with tank of water to flush the toilet. It was above the toilet nearly on ceiling and it was open. So every time tank was filling up the droplets were dropping on you, regardless of your position in bathroom. I think it was also cause of stinky smell which sometimes emerged in bathroom, especially when we were not in apartment for whole day.

De los mejores sitios en los que me he alojado. Limpieza absoluta, entrada autónoma con código en la puerta, ascensor, había todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda (café, secador, tendedero, incluso lavadora), las camas eran enormes y muy cómodas. Está a 5min del metro y tiene supermercado y cafeterías cerca.

La ubicación perfecta, a 5 minutos está la estación de metro Numidio Cuadrado, línea A.
El barrio tiene todo a mano, lugares para desayunar, para cenar, supermercado, farmacia...
La comunicación con Alessandro genial, super atento y pendiente.
Echamos de menos algunos básicos en la cocina, por ejemplo un microondas y una cafetera italiana, tostadora...pero estamos seguros que de habérselo pedido nos habría provisto estás cosas...
