3 Turtles South West Rocks

Proximity to town centre, near a great little fishing spot. The apartment is spacious for a family of 4, but is up two flights of stairs which won’t suit everyone. Great value for money if you are ok with an older style apartment.

The two single beds have metal frames which squeak every time you move, not good for light sleepers. Please update these beds. The sofa bed in living room very dirty, needs updating.

Comfortable

The fact we arrived and the keys left to open property were missing. Tried contacting on the emergency phone number person on the booking form she hung up on me three times. I texted her informing we could not get into the unit with keys left. she called back and said Hi Lovely how can I help you! I explained the situation. She organised another set of keys that were delivered by a nice couple. By this time it was 8:45pm. It was worked out the previous people renting the unit had taken off the key to the security door. We should be refunded a nights accommodation for the time lost and huge inconvenience.
