The main bedroom features air-conditioning, a TV and private ensuite, while the two additional bedrooms upstairs also offer air-conditioning and TVs – ideal for keeping everyone comfortable. The main bathroom is generous in size and includes a spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher.
The light-filled, north-facing living area offers a large flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs for those quieter moments. If you look past the minor but annoying real estate confusing automatic communication this property would suit a family, for a well located accommodation to beach, river and CBD. Although SWR area deserves a good drive about the area. Here you have a lock up garage which is good to keep your car free from salt air. We made a list of things needing repair, again the RE performance in managing the property.Cleaning was basic. Just don't look under the bedheads and other 'not seen' spaces, although the beds were comfy. Lots of extras left in the kitchen, but again, a more thorough clean would suffice every 2 months e.g. Depending on what the RE charges you, this is a good property for location, and definitely not a dumpy old place.
