This beautiful, air-conditioned three-bedroom holiday home is perfectly positioned in a quiet street just behind the South West Rocks town centre. A short, level 270m walk will take you to the cafes and shops, while Main Beach is only 450m away, offering opportunities to swim, surf, or snorkel.
The home features a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, and the spacious open-plan living area boasts timber flooring that flows seamlessly onto a fantastic rear deck. Relax in the nor-east sea breezes on the deck’s outdoor setting or enjoy a BBQ with the gas grill provided.
Ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms and the living area, complemented by Wi-Fi access for added comfort and convenience. The main bedroom includes an ensuite and walk-in robe, while the generously sized main bathroom features a stunning freestanding bathtub.

Exceptional house. The owners have gone to a lot of effort to provide above average furnishings including quality kitchen equipment, high standard linen and a carport full of beach equipment.
The house also includes a beautiful deck with Webber, bamboo screening and a cute herb garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is well located and has everything you need. We will definitely be back. Previous tenants unfortunately did not put the bins out so we struggled a bit for rubbish as collection day is Friday. 5 Stars
