This property offers two bathrooms, single garage and a rear courtyard. The bedding configuration of this property consists of two queen beds and two singles.
All bedrooms are fully equipped with Flat Screen TV and Air Conditioners. Kokos offers front and rear balconies.

South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.
If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

Let’s start out positive, amazing week in general at south west rocks town house lovely overall just what we needed for the amount of people who went 4 adults.
To so not positive was how dirty the place was the floors weren’t swept out hairs in the sink n upstairs bathroom in the bath, the main room down stairs was just a shambles of blankets etc on the end of the bed when shook out there were a pair of kids socks amongst it, the bbq was dirty, you expect it to be clean when you arrive not have to arrive n clean.

We always enjoy our stay at KOKO's for our annual summer holiday, with a short walk to beach and shops and all the amenities KOKO's makes for easy holidaying ! looking forward to our next stay.
