Featuring two newly renovated bathrooms finished to a high standard, the home also includes two TVs, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and Netflix for your entertainment. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, while the private laundry offers a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Relax on the front veranda, perfectly positioned to shield you from the afternoon sun, or enjoy the fully fenced courtyard with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ, and space to entertain. There’s a double lock-up garage and ample room in the driveway to park a boat.
Ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure comfort, and an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach. Conveniently located just a flat 340m stroll to the beach, and even closer to local shops, cafes, restaurants, and the pub.

The house was in a grate location and easy to find your way around town but the property was dirty on arrival with the shower unclean floors were still dirty with sand and the house smelling like a old sock and the dish washer still full of unclean dishes from previous tenants once we rectified these issues the house was absolutely fantastic and will choose this property again

This house is in an excellent location to the beach and shopping precinct. Just a short stroll and your there.
The house was beautifully decorated with comfy furniture.
However, for us the cleanliness was lacking.
After and 8 hour drive, Upon arrival I spent some time cleaning the house, for what the cleaners had missed. Other than this we had a great break away, and this house was an excellent choice, if only the place was cleaner.
