highly recomanded place in Karlsruhe for family and more

The two bedrooms were separated by the shower room and the toilet room (separation that was great by itself)! the living room was convenient and separated from the kitchen, with a balcony we weren't able to use because of the cold, but was nice to have. the hallways were wide and one of the elevators was big (a big bonus when traveling with two strollers). All in all - very positive experience for a fair price.

We had an unsolved issue with the heating in the shower room, an issue that required a more serious treatment, so during our stay, we didn't have heating in the shower room, but it wasn't a major issue for us as the rest of the apartment had excellent heating and the water was boiling hot. Also, there was some misunderstanding re some basic amenities, but it was pleasantly solved right away. Note that on weekends, the frequency of the public transportation reduces dramatically (a tram to main train station on sunday morning runs only once in half an hour).

Real home from home in a great location in Karlsruhe

Very spacious apartment with huge rooms, a real home from home. Decor is very stylish in every room but comfort level is also high. Lots of thoughtful things for guests to borrow during their stay, even colouring books for children. Tram stop is right outside and a good play area for children too.

Just a couple of small things- a can opener to open the can of ravioli we bought from the gas station shop would have been useful, also maybe body lotion and hair conditioner. But there are so many other things left generously for use by guests that this is being picky:)

Zweckmäßige Wohnung, Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Leider war vergessen worden, die Küche zu reinigen. Der Mülleimer war noch voll, schmutziges Geschirr stand herum. Einen vollen Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon haben wir auch gefunden. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurde uns eine Rückerstattung von 30% des Mietpreises angeboten. Diese wurde aber bisher nach sieben Wochen trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme noch nicht gutgeschrieben. Offenbar funktioniert hier einiges nicht und ich kann diesen Vermieter nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Appartement rénové. Préparé selon notre demande. Bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Calme. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Check in et check out très facile grâce aux codes reçus. Situé à 10-15 minutes de marche du centre.

Plus de possibilité de réserver une place de parking. Le nettoyage de l'appartement aurait pu être plus minutieux, notamment la cuisine. Sinon, rien à redire.

Komfortable Wohnung mit viel Platz. Besonders schön ist dass sie einen Balkon hat! Tolle Dusche! Die Ausstattung ist wirklich toll, alles da!

Ich wünsche mir die Mögluchkeit zur Müllsortierung nach Restmüll, Papier und Plastik.

Sehr bequeme und gut ausgestattete Stadt-Wohnung in toller Lage.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bequeme Betten, Lage für unsere Zwecke gut. Balkon vorhanden und mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet. Grosszügiges Angebot an Handtüchern. Küche gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Gewürzen, Kakao, Tee, Honig, Zucker etc. Hier kann man sehr gut ein paar Tage verbringen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Checkinn per Code einfach und praktisch.

Das Geschirr/Besteck war teilweise schmutzig, obwohl eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Das sollte vor dem nächsten Gast vielleicht mal geprüft werden. Für unser Empfinden etwas zu viel Raumduft und stickige Luft (war aber mit gründlich lüften behoben). Ich habe zweimal ziemlich spät geduscht und das Wasser war nur lauwarm, man konnte es nicht heißer stellen. Morgens war das wieder möglich. Wir hatten unsere Ankunft etwas früher angekündigt, falls möglich. Man hat uns dann angerufen, als die Wohnung hergerichtet war. Für ca. 1,5 Stunden früheren checkinn wollte man 25,00 Euro mehr berechnen. Das finden wir nicht kundenfreundlich.
