Spacious accommodation in a good location next to train station and tram stop.

Location was good and apartment had everything you need for your stay.

Lumpy pillows and small shower curtain didn’t cover bath . Very noisy late night guests above us that we had to ask to control their children at 02:00.

An amazing apartment, decorated in high-end quality. The compartment is well-equipped, one of my best apartments that I was hosting. The owner was very communicative and easy to reach.

the cleaning ladies showed up right on time giving me faces for having taken less then 5 minutes longer to leave the place … very unusual. But the rest was great

Easy check-in thanks to digital lock, beautiful design, ideal location next to the train station

We liked the design of the apartment. It had very interesting solutions. I would say that unexpected elements and materials had been combined into a unique style. It was also spacious, very-very spacious.

The apartment is in front of the train station and I did not enjoy the metal noises of the trams, which stopped in front of the station. However, this has been one of the friendliest train stations in the world: cosy, clean, with live violin music:) and next too a beautiful zoo.

Best choice for group of friends to get together and enjoy in Karlsruhe

Great Location and modern design. Perfect for group of friends to get together. The living room is spacious for dining, board gaming and even “just dance”. The mattresses are very comfortable even the bunk beds.

For group of eight only one toilet. And I hope next time the host will prepare the right amount of beddings according to booking. But not a big deal. ;)

Angenehmer Aufenthaltsort für meinen Kurztrip 👌

Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof ist für Bahnreisende optimal. Nähe Bahnhof bedeutet auch auch, dass es im Umfeld zahlreiche Gelegenheiten für Selbstversorgung (auch Frühstück) gibt. Für Familien oder Gruppen ist die Ferienwohnung bestens mit so ziemlich allem ausgestattet, was auch mal längere Aufenthalte für Selbstversorger ermöglicht. Das Highlight: ein "begehbarer Küchenschrank", schalldichte Fenster mit Rollläden machten die Nacht angenehm. Kurzfristige Nach-Buchung für den vorherigen Tag klappte auch einwandfrei. Balkon, Parkplatz, nahgelegenes kooperierendes Frühstücks-Café und sieben weitere Betten waren vorhanden, aber für mich nicht notwendig. Kommunikation vollständig per Mail und zugehöriger APP abgelaufen. XXXL-TV, Bad mit Wanne, separate Toilette, interessantes Interieur und und und...

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen.

Check Out um 10:00 ist ein absolutes no go. Deswegen werden wir leider nicht mehr kommen.

Sehr sauber & geräumig, problemloser Check-in, gut ausgestattet. Sogar eine Nachfrage des Besitzers per Mail am Ankunftstag, ob alles ok ist: top! Preis/Leistung super.

Aussen-Lautstärke bei geöffneten Fenstern, leider kein dazugehöriger Parkplatz, Anzahl WC (eines für 6 Personen ist eher „knapp“)
