Good and full kitchen

When I arrived, the bedroom bed had super dirty sheets. It looked like someone had used the bed with mud. There was a clock on the nightstand. Clearly, the person in charge of cleaning didn’t do their job — they would have removed that clock. The bathtub was dirty. A white sponge would’ve fixed it. There was no toilet paper. They left the empty cardboard roll inside the trash can. Both garbage bins still had trash in them. I had to sleep on the bed in the living room, where there’s no air conditioning. There were lots of ants, even on the bed. They brought me toilet paper only after I complained. They NEVER offered to change the dirty sheets, even after I sent the photos.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels and it was nice to have a kitchenette. Easy to check in with the key in the lock box.

The AC needs a new filter and was very strong in the bedroom. The second bed needed some sort of fan or AC unit as the room got very hot, especially with the oven in use. It would’ve been nice to have dish soap and a sponge to be able to do the dishes. The handle to the microwave is broken, but everything worked. Over all the place could use a deep clean but it was decent.

Good comfortable apartment close to Amtrak train station.

Property suited our needs because it was walking distance to the Amtrak train station, had a functional kitchen, seperate bedroom and 2 comfy beds. It was clean and beds were very comfortable with an air-conditioner and ceiling fan in both the bedroom and open planned kitchen/lounge room.

The area isn’t great, we felt safe enough but I wouldn’t be walking the streets at night.

This place is DISGUSTINGLY!

Close to police station . Other than that, trash!

The moldy AC, the mouse droppings in the bathroom, the used bottle of doosh found in the bedroom closet, the ants crawling on the bed, the rub was stopped up and couldn’t shower, the tv didn’t work and the icing on the cake, found a bed bug in the couch. Crawling!!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money. I had to book a hotel for another $300. After I drove all the way from NY. They obviously do not clean or maintenance this place. Just gross. Will be reporting to the BBB. This establishment and booking.com.

The convenience of finding the apartment and parking outside

The loose toilet which rocked and the wood bed frame which stuck out from the mattress which I smacked my leg on and it's been hurting for the last month. A homemade bed frame design which is very poor and dangerous anything. The ceiling fan and light within the bedroom would turn on all by itself in the middle of the night on various programs. Did not know how to control it.
