Beautiful place, great location, disappointing in the cleanliness of the lodge. And the staff were not very friendly at

Beautiful location and the lodges are lovely on a whole.

The lodge was dirty, we had booked the pet lodge as we took our dogs, this lodge costs more because of taking the dogs, but was very dirty, dust, dog hair everywhere, our dogs don’t shed their hair, but also the showers weren’t cleaned properly. It wasn’t the cheapest place to stay and in such a lovely location I expected better. So was disappointing.

An ideal, peaceful location set in superb surroundings

We loved the location — it’s perfectly situated and made our stay even more enjoyable. The lodges are spacious, well laid out, well equipped and thoughtfully designed, making them feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. It was nice to have our own private outdoor space, which would have been great in better weather to enjoy the surroundings. We would definitely recommend and would happily return!

As we stayed in February, we spent more time indoors during the evenings, so a few small things became more noticeable. Some simple instructions for using the Smart TV would have been helpful. We also found the lighting a little harsh and felt that some softer lighting options would make the space even cosier. There were a couple of minor housekeeping oversights — two empty vape liquid bottles had been left behind the radiator in one of the bathrooms, and there were sweet wrappers down the side of the bed that hadn’t been hoovered up. These were small issues but worth mentioning. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The Perfect relaxing holiday with family to reconnect and rejuvenate

Very calm and peaceful. Great walk to the palace and village of Woodstock. The open space behind the retreat was great for morning walks. The kitchen was well equipped to handle basic cooking needs. Bathroom and Bedrooms were very neat.

Dont know what can be improved. Everything was just perfect and maybe a small restaurent or a small grocery with some basic food may be a good idea. Keeping bicycles for rent maybe a good idea as people can rent to explore the village and palace

Fantastic modern lodges

Lovely retreat. Lodges are modern and stylish. EV charge point for each unit. Parking right by your lodge with others for visitors. Reception is a welcoming space with great staff. Lodge was nicely warmed and cosy when we arrived. Plenty of hot water for 5 guests. There was private garden furniture too but wrong time of year for that.

TVs only had limited channels so couldn't keep kids occupied while we made meals. Could have done with more than 1 dishwasher tablet as there are no shops nearby. But other than that it had all we needed.

Great location for dog owners with great walks just outside lodges. Woodstock village close and for events at Blenheim palace just around the corner. Very good site

Minor niggle... TV was full of useless channels and dificult to find popular channels. We would have liked to turn off the outside porch light.

It was clean and warm. The layout of the lodge was spacious and practical. A nice size shower room and the shower had great pressure. The accommodation felt secure and safe

Such a brialliant place to stay and close to Blenheim Palace.

Beautiful location and quiet. The lodge itself we stayed was clean and all the kitchen utensils are complete. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Only one thing is it was summer time and weather was really hot that day. The room was too hot even we opened the windows. It would be nice that there’s a standing fan just to cool down the room specially at night.

Just magical and Karen was super helpful and went above and beyond.

It was exceptionally comfortable and had everything we could need.

The fridge doors were hinged on the wrong side. This could easily be rectified as fridge door hinges can be changed left to right.

A lovely restful time!

A lovely clean, light and airy lodge … the position is tucked away next to the Palace estate . The staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed our stay ( the weather wasn’t great but we were very cosy inside !)
