A modern and very comfortable lodge, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with Blenheim Palace within easy walking distance, which made our visit even more convenient.
We had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay. A great base for exploring Blenheim Palace and the surrounding area.

Excellent location to travel to Oxford and Cotswolds. It was very clean and well equipped. Didn’t feel crowded and noisy like many lodge retreats can be. Walking distance to Blenheim palace which is an absolute treat!!
They don’t supply replacement loo rolls so best to be stocked and bring a couple from home to avoid a trip to the supermarket.

We stayed with our dog in lodge 27.
The place was clean modern & private. The lady in the reception was kind friendly & very helpful.
We would definitely stay again❤️
If I had to pick something , it would be there was a lot of weeds at the front of the property & the little garden could have been a bit tidier. But other than that it was great.

Great location and unique lodge, stayed in lodge 13 which was styled during the Alan Carr interior design masters series 5.
The lodge was filthy our socks each night were thick black and stuck to the floors, black hairs through out the lodge, fixtures and fittings were hanging off the walls and any repair work was clearly done quickly and not finished. We kept having the clean the surface’s, slept on top of the sheets both nights as we felt dirty being in that lodge not ideal when you have a 2 year old that wants to put their hands every where. I gave the company multiple chances to rectify this but still no word.
