Dobra lokalizacja, całe mieszkanie do dyspozycji, wygodne łóżko. Są parasolki - przydały się :) Bezkontaktowy odbiór kluczy.

Dość chłodno - klimatyzator ustawiony na maxa nie grzeje jak należy. Zatkany odpływ w łazience i powódź gotowa. Przydałby się czajnik i płyn do naczyń.

Curato nel dettaglio e pulizia super

In questo appartamento non manca nulla! La proprietaria ha pensato davvero a tutto per garantire il comfort degli ospiti (nel cassetto ho trovato addirittura un miniset da cucito per le emergenze!). L'appartamento è molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. La posizione è ideale per vivere l'atmosfera unica del quartiere san giacomo, dove i bambini giocano ancora in piazza a pallone come accadeva una volta, mentre gli adulti chiacchierano davanti a un caffè.

Il bagno è davvero stretto, ma c'è tutto quel che serve ed è pulito come uno specchio.

L’appartement est bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver, séchoir…). Lit confortable, salle de bain fonctionnelle et appartement propre avec de petites attentions à l’arrivée.

Ліжко зручне, велика кімната, простора кухня з усім необхідним. Гарний інтернет. Легке заселення, нас зустріли в квартирі. Є пралка, праска і парасолька.

Дуже мала ванна кімната, вузька та довга. Втомлені рушники. Постіль теж треба замінити, бажано на білу. Далеко від центру, на горі, але близько до зупинки 500 м.

Wszystko co potrzebne jest do dyspozycji (oprócz czajnika), bliskość do centrum i dworca ( autobus 15 min) lub pół godziny na nogach, bardzo miły gospodarz, dobry kontakt

Un’ottima base per esplorare Trieste!

La posizione, la gentilezza della Proprietaria, la pulizia dell’appartamento, la fornitura base.

Il parcheggio può essere difficoltoso (ma è una nota marginale e non ha assolutamente nulla a che vedere con l’appartamento in sé, è proprio un problema della città). L’unico vero punto a sfavore è il riscaldamento previsto per l’abitazione. Era presente un solo condizionatore split nella camera e un termoarredo elettrico nel bagno: i due erano insufficienti a riscaldare l’appartamento durante le giornate più fredde. Passi il termoarredo per il bagno, che essendo piccolo può compensare, ma per il resto dell’abitazione servirebbe qualcosa di più performante.
