Great apartment and the host, superb location, a bit noisy heating during winter

The location, the host, spacious apartment with nice toilet and kitchen.

The third person sleeps on the sofa, which is not as comfortable as a bed. During the heating season (winter), the gas boiler can be a bit noisy.

I definitely would like to book this apartment again for my next visit to Trieste.

Quiet location and at the same time perfect location to the city center. Very clean and welcome cozy atmosphere.

Trattasi di una casa privata abitata durante la settimana con effetti personali ovunque ed odore di cucinato persistente, scarsa igiene anche nelle lenzuola. Il contrario di quanto prevedono le regole per le strutte B&B. Ovviamente non evidenziato in fase di prenotazione.

Tutto perfetto.

Posizione ottima e vicina al lungomare, l appartamento era molto carino, pulito e ben arredato. Grande e spazioso per due persone.

Andare a prendere la chiave su una strada più o meno perpendicolare in salita , per fortuna l affittuario al check out ci ha fatto lasciare la chiave in stanza ma in un primo momento voleva tornassimo a riportarla all’ indirizzo del locker. Preferisco sempre il contatto diretto che questi self check in.

Ich würde hier immer wieder wohnen wollen. Dankeschön

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die zentral gelegen ist ohne zu nah an den Partyzonen zu sein. Supermärkte, Bäcker -alles vor der Haustür oder um die Ecke und tolle Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle fussläufig zu erreichen. Und last but not least ist Luca ein super Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und völlig unkompliziert.
